As we get most of our work over the internet almost all of our projects start with a cad conversion, taking someones paper sketch and turning them into 100% accurate cad drawings which can then be edited and used in all of the various cad softwares out now. Our cad conversion rates are a per sheet flat rate based on sheet size, with an arch "d" sheet priced at only $90 per sheet. Our rates are $15/hr for cad drafting. 3d renderings are priced per view depending on complexity. Custom House plans are priced on a heated square foot basis at $.80 cents per square foot.
